The Aikido Seed Programme by aikiForest, is an Aikido school specialising in developing pedagogy and curriculum for preschools and children. The Seed Programme is not a pure Aikido class. It extracts the essential characteristics of the Japanese self-defensive martial art of Harmony such as break falls, blending movements and ideas of non-aggression. These characteristics are incorporated into simple basic steps that pre-schoolers can learn in an interactive way. There will be simple steps, stories, activities, and games. Your child will be able to pick up technical skills and work on their social emotional learning in a fun and engaging way. Other enrichment programmes (such as: Kinderdance, Chinese Fluency & Literacy, VIVO Kids Multi-Sports etc) and premium after student care services for 4 years old and above are also being offered by Penn Junior Academy daily.
