We attended centre at Rochester park quite sometimes ago and both my boys aged 4 and 2 totally loves it. The whole gym well-equip, safety and I don have to worry if my kids falls as they are with teacher guidance and protected with all the cushioned mat. All the teachers are friendly and attract kids attention when they read story-telling session. My kids are more confidence and always feel sense of pride once they achieve the things they have done! I would recommend parents to bring their kids to try and they will feel the difference. My kids can't have enough after lesson ended.

Attended a 1 hour trial class with my 18m old at their latest outlet in City Sq Mall. Upon arriving, staff checked our temperature and that we have our socks on. While waiting for the rest of the class, we had 5 mins of exploring the gym equipment of slides, ball pit. Everything looks padded and safe so I had no worries letting my child roam around. Class started with circle time where the kids and parents follow the teachers' lead in singing songs and doing simple actions. That lasted about 15mins. Next teachers demonstrated 2 activities that the kids would learn -- guided headstand and swinging using their hands (like a trapeze). After the demo, we took turns to have one on one coaching on each activity. The one on one time is about 2-3 mins but you can go maybe 2 or 3 or even 4 rounds, provided that the other kids all had their turns. There was a lead teacher with 2 assistant teachers. Next, the teachers brought out toys and placed them on a mat in the middle. They asked parents to slowly leave their kids with the toys and backed away, to train the kids on handling separation anxiety. That was about 5 -10mins. Lastly, to end off the class, it was singing and actions, with puppetry for another 10 mins. Review: equipment is of good quality. Teachers are enthusiastic and energetic. Pace of class is just right. The price could be the push factor though. Without any promo, the package is 490 for 10 weeks. U get 10 weekly classes plus 10 open gym sessions (meaning you come in for usage of the gym equipment but no structured class going on) so to me, its basically 49 per class. And that's too expensive.

My 17month old son and I just finished our 10week term at My Gym Waddlers. It has been a fun experience for him! We like the huge gym facilities which is bright, colourful and padded safe. The setup is changed every week so the place always looks different from that of the previous weeks. Lesson typically starts with a sing along and warm up session lasting 10min. The routine is always the same (regardless of the teacher) and the teacher's voice is usually lost in the vast expanse of space. I noticed that this does get better when it is a full class probably because the gym is less empty and the enthusiasm and dynamism of a full class energises the teacher. After this, the teachers will proceed to do a different setup utilising different equipment depending on the line up of activities including practice skills (such as forward roll and backward roll), walking on beams, crawling thru tunnels, swings etc. In between the setups, the parent and child is free to explore other parts of the gym. The activities are fun and interesting for my son and I and are unlike the exercises we can do at home on our own since we would not have the space nor the equipment, In our 10 weeks there, the activities and setups are hardly repeated except for the swings which is a mainstay, Towards the end of the class, there would be a 5 to 10min separation time for parent and child to slowly let the child get used to not always having a parent around - my 5min of bliss. I find the teachers gentle, patient and well-trained and would recommend it for babies/toddlers who have a lot of energy to burn and parents who wish to develop their child's gross motor skills. The term package also comes with a free gym play every week so that's additional exposure to physical play in a safe and clean environment.
