Children spend their hour by way of warm-up, 3 apparatus rotations & hand apparatus. As I wanted something to help my son be more disciplined and develop better co-ordination and at the same time able to exercise, I decided to enroll my child to bubble gymnastics since its convenient for us. The place is fully padded, very spacious with various gym equipment and slides and colorful. First there will be warm up sessions to loosen muscles and get more ready for some gym moves. Then there will be backward roll, balancing course, handstand, tunnels etc. where the children will be guided on how to make use of each equipment. The teachers are rather encouraging and this really helps boost their confidence in doing difficult stances. It also trains the children to be patient and to queue and wait for their turns.
